All orders are shipped as soon as completed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, this will include the tracking information for your package. 

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We offer two options for shipping, Royal Mail or DPD. Both options are 24hr tracked services and full tracking details will be emailed to you upon shipping.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

3.Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Any shipping offers or promotions will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

5. Damaged or Lost Items
If your keepsake arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can assist you.

6. Local Collection

We do offer local pickup which you can select at checkout when placing your order. We will send you an email when your keepsakes if finished and ready for pickup and agree a suitable date and time.
