What clothing can be used?
Most materials can be used to make your special keepsake. Clothing such as baby grows, t shirts, jumpers, blankets, dresses. Materials such as denim and leather wouldn’t be recommended. If you are unsure about a specific item of clothing or fabric then please message before sending and id be happy to discuss.
How many items of clothing do I need?
Our memory bear requires 1-4 items of adult clothing (depending on desired look)
Our babygrow or weighted bear, bunny or elephant requires 6-8 items of baby grows or baby clothing, if very small newborn or premature i would recommend 9-10 items of clothing.
The patchwork cushions require 1-3 items of adult clothing (or more depending on desired look) and 5-9 items of baby clothing.

Can my keepsake be personalised?
Yes, all of the keepsakes I offer come with the option to add personalisation, this is included in the cost of the keepsake.
How many letters can be embroidered onto the footpads?
I can fit up to 10 letters on each line and up to 3 lines on each foot pad.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer Klarna as a payment option at checkout.
Can I request specific design features?
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to include notes about pattern placement, special details, or favourite item of clothing. I will try to accommodate them whenever possible.
What happens with leftover fabric?
Any items of clothing not used will be returned to you along with your finished keepsake. Any cut items or small scraps will be recycled locally, unless otherwise requested for their return.
How should I post my items to you?
I recommend all clothing to be sent via a recorded/tracked service to ensure they arrive with me safely. Please also include on the outside of your package a return address and your order number so that your parcel can be identified quickly.
Specific instructions on where to send your clothing to will be sent to you once your order has been placed. Kindly note clothing needs to be in a clean and washed condition
Do you ship internationally?
No. Due to current customs restrictions, I now ship within the UK only.
Is the keepsake suitable for children?
Keepsake bears and other memory items are decorative only and not toys. They should not be given to children to play with.
How do I care for my keepsake?
Keepsakes bear/bunny/elephant should be spot-cleaned only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage the fabric and internal structure.
keepsake cushions and blankets can be machine washed, follow the care instructions on their care labels. Carefully remove the cushion insert before washing.
How long does it take to make my keepsake?
Your keepsake will be made during the month you have ordered for. I endeavour to have all keepsakes made and on their way home by the end of that month.
